Approve or reject entries
New entries are pending until you review them. Only approved entries show publicly and can get votes.

Open the challenge from your challenges list.

Cover, dance and verse contests: entries are listed on the host screen with Approve and Reject buttons.

Classic verse challenges: press "Review Entries". Filter by Pending, Approved or Rejected. You can select several and press "Approve Selected".
- 4
The entrant is notified when you approve or reject.
Good to know
- Collab checks a YouTube video before approval. A video that is private, has embedding off, is age-restricted, region-blocked or still processing cannot be approved. Ask the entrant to fix it.
- If an approval or rejection email failed to send, the entries page tells you who was not told.
